The "She" Series: A Venice Correspondence

Holaday Mason is the author of The Red Bowl, A Fable in Poems (Red Hen Press 2016), Towards the Forest (New River Press 2007), Dissolve (New River Press 2011), and two chapbooks (1999, 2002). Her collection The Weaver’s Body was a finalist and won honorable mention for the 2014 Dorset Prize, and her chapbook Transparency was a finalist for the 2015 Snowbound Prize. Twice a Pushcart nominee, her publications have appeared in Poetry International, American Literary Review, Pool, Smartish Pace, Runes, Solo, The River Styx, The Spoon River Review, and The Laurel Review. Co-editor of Echo 68, and poetry editor of Mentalshoes.com, she is also a portrait & fine art photographer. Her first one artist photography exhibit was in Venice California 2016 with 17 images from her Mud/Urn & Fairytale Series. She has been a psychotherapist in private practice since 1986 and runs therapeutic writing workshops that involve guided imaginal journeys into the worlds within the worlds.
