Now readers can buy books directly from us

Here's some very good news for those readers who want good prices for the books they buy but want their money to go to authors and to the presses that publish those authors, rather than to enormous corporate booksellers. Yes, our books do appear on Amazon, and we provide links that allow readers to go that route when desired, but we're very pleased to announce that it has recently become possible to buy books directly from What Books Press, through a new set-up from our distributor, Ingram. It will take us a while to get all our books linked on the website that way, but do please watch for the opportunity to purchase using the "Buy from What Books" button that you'll find on most of our individual book pages. If you do choose that option, we will get a significantly larger percentage of your purchase price, which will allow us to go on publishing the kinds of books we love to publish, and that you love to read.
